Zivile is an AMFPT Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
Zivile creates specific workout routines focusing mostly on strength training. Zivile also incorporates TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, body weight exercises, and other tools depending on her clients’ fitness levels and goals. Zivile also provides nutrition tips or full protocols for her clients to follow.
Zivile strongly believes that a healthy body leads to a happy body and mind, and that a balanced lifestyle (movement, nutrition, and rest) should be everybody’s ultimate goal.
