Shirin strongly believes that exercise, nutrition and mental health (or positive attitude) all work cohesively for the success of the individual. That belief system informs her relationships with each of her clients. Shirin emphasizes proper health and fitness techniques, and she creates specific training routines that are functional and personal to each client.
Shirin encourages her clients to incorporate exercise into daily life. She is dedicated to working one-on-one with her clients to educate, inspire and train each one to meet their goals and achieve success. Shirin guides each of her clients through a training program that instills confidence and motivation and allows them to develop essential skills in balance, movement and strengthening the core.
Shirin’s individualized programs help her clients whether they are faced with osteoporosis, have balance issues, a sedentary lifestyle or even obesity. Shirin motivates her clients with detailed and direct instruction to enhance form and technique. Shirin provides consistent feedback, accountability, and results, all of which help her clients to achieve and exceed their goals.
