Veronica is a certified personal trainer with 22 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Veronica is committed to helping men and women improve their confidence, strength, and balance through cardiovascular training and weight training. Veronica’s clients range in age from mid-30s to 93 years old. Veronica specializes in working with seniors looking to improve their energy, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Veronica has managed three different fitness centers and taught group fitness classes. In addition to her personal trainer certification, Veronica earned certifications in Nutrition and Wellness, weight training, and senior fitness. She also holds certifications with AFAA and ISSA and has a Red Cross adult and child CPR card.
Veronica’s passion for fitness and adventure led her to hike Kilimanjaro on her 50th birthday and volunteer in Africa, Peru, and the Philippines.
