Todd was born and raised in East Hampton and still calls it home. Todd earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training at Western Maryland College. While attending college, Todd played football and also worked extensively with the athletic training department.
Todd’s work with the college’s many athletic teams ignited his desire to start his personal training business. After graduation, Todd worked in fitness clubs in Baltimore, MD, Charleston, SC, and eastern Long Island while he built his business.
Todd is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Todd uses his background to develop exercise and nutritional programs for a wide range of men and women. Todd trains college and high school athletes. He also works with adults who want to feel great and perform at their highest level.
Todd provides 1-on-1 and small group training. Since nutrition coaching is a critical component of an overall fitness strategy, Todds offer 1-on-1 nutrition coaching to complement his training services.
