Si is a certified trainer through the international sports science association (ISSA) holding credentials in personal fitness training, specialist in fitness nutrition and exercise therapy. Focusing on functional resistance strength training, muscular hypertrophy and appropriate mechanics, he is versatile in approach and can service a wide spectrum of ages, abilities and goals.
Si was raised in East Hampton, where he currently resides. He offers in depth analyses of efficient fitness strategies, both in and out of the gym to combine the necessary steps to reach defined objectives.

Chris Carney originally from Centerville, Iowa, moved to the East End of Long Island in his early teens. In 2000, Carney became certified as a personal trainer by The American Council on Exercise. He spent four years training at East Hampton gym before he started with private training.
He is best known for his work with Soldier Ride a cross-country bike ride that he spearheaded to raise money and awareness for wounded soldiers through the Wounded Warrior Project. Carney is also an avid rugby player for the past 15 years and has played on an international level with the United States team. In 2006, he opened a personal training gym, Railroad Avenue Fitness, with his wife Elisa Carney.

Elisa is originally from Sag Harbor, New York. She received a Bachelor of the Arts in Sports Medicine from Radford University in Virginia where she played Division I Field Hockey. In 1998, Elisa became certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She spent eight years at East Hampton and Sag Harbor Gym as a manager and personal trainer. While working as a trainer she also received an Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Suffolk Community College. She then spent five years as a physical therapist at East End Physical Therapy in East Hampton.
The combination of physical therapy and personal training has proved to be very beneficial and effective when working with her clients. In March of 2006, Elisa and her husband Chris Carney opened the doors of Railroad Avenue Fitness. She works with clients of all ages and fitness levels and enjoys watching them reach their individual goals. Elisa is the mother of two very active young boys, Jackson (7) and Casey (4) who help keep fitness a priority in their lives.

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Natalia Poggi loves sports and fitness began as a child with swimming and tennis. After working as a personal trainer at the some of the most renowned health and fitness clubs in Buenos Aires, she relocates to the U.S. and has since developed her training career throughout the Hamptons and Manhattan, teaching a variety of group fitness classes ranging from Dance, High Intensity Strength Training, TRX, Bosu, Kickboxing and Kettlebell to her most popular signature: Latin Vibes Fitness. Natalia is a certified personal trainer and holds additional certifications in Sport Nutrition and Practical Yoga.
Todd is the owner of Hamptons FitPro, and has been involved in the fitness industry for 20 plus years. He believes in making better health and fitness an integral part of people’s lifestyle, leading to a healthier, happier, and more productive life.
Todd is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA), where he is also a member, and is certified through Precision Nutrition as a Nutrition Coach. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from Western Maryland College, where he played football and was extensively involved with the athletic training department, working with the college’s many athletic teams. He has worked in various settings, including fitness clubs in Baltimore, MD, Charleston, SC, and eastern Long Island, as well as independently.
Todd has used his background to develop exercise and nutritional programs for a wide range of people, including college and high school athletes, seniors, and children. His programs are focused primarily on burst training, which is based on Charles Staley’s principles of Escalating Density Training (EDT). It is a simple, yet effective training system involving high intensity circuit-style training in a time effective manner. It is designed to ramp-up your metabolism and maximize calorie burn using fat and carbohydrates for fuel, while preserving lean mass.

I am AMFPT Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I create specific workout routines focusing mostly on strengths training but I also incorporate TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, body weight exercises, and other tools depending on one's fitness level and goals. If desired, I provide nutrition tips or a full protocol to follow. I strongly believe that healthy body leads to happy body and mind, and balanced lifestyle (movement, nutrition, and rest) should be everybody's ultimate goal.
